Data Deletion Request

Sindra lets you delete your data at any time. Most of your data (meals, symptoms, cycle notes) is stored encrypted on your device.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open Sindra → More → Privacy:

• Delete my logs — removes all logged meals, symptoms, cycle notes and derived insights, on your device and on our servers.
• Delete my account — removes everything above plus your account and profile. This is permanent.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Can't access the app?

Email sindra.hello@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.
